"Coal, steel, and rat poison” – In April 2023 I took several walks throughout the Ruhr area, in order to re-visit and visualize historical murder cases, some of which were as old as 1880. Among these cases are the poisoning of a railroad worker, as well as a deadly workers revolt at a coal mine in Dinslaken.
